OUR RATES:
Our pricing schedule
is a basic hourly fee structure. The specific hourly rate depends on the type of
service requested as well as the complexity of the project, which can range
between $25 - $100 hourly.
Our retainer packages
are for those who use our administrative and business support services on an
ongoing basis. These contracts provide a discounted rate in exchange for the
opportunity to plan for your regular requirements. Unused hours at the end of
the retainer period are non-refundable, since the time is allocated specifically
for your projects.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Retainer services are billed
in advance and are due by the first
of the month.
Regular services are billed
in quarter-hour increments, with a
one-hour minimum. Project related supplies
such as postage,
printing, CD-ROMs, specialty items, courier services, etc., are
invoiced separately.
We accept checks ($25
returned check fee), cashier’s checks
and money orders. Credit cards are
accepted through PayPal.
